  Prof. Dr. Dieter Flader is a professor at the Free University in Berlin for communication sciences, fundamental research in psychoanalysis, linguistics, and intercultural communication. He has held a number of visiting professor positions abroad and in Germany. He has been the head of many different research projects and has published numerous books and essays for renowned publishers and international journals. His book "Psychoanalyse im Focus von Handeln und Sprache" (Suhrkamp) is well known among experts. His work is innovative in its interconnection of the disparate disciplines of psychoanalysis, linguistics and communication research.   Dr. Barbara Strohschein constructed the philosophical practice for social values, "cor amati". She has also worked in television and radio as a philosopher. For institutions, she has developed concepts for workshops and congresses and has chaired many sessions. She has published in the field of science and research, and her research goals have led her in the direction of spiritual instruction and knowledge. She has established connections between science and spirituality based on theory as well as on personal experiences. Her approach is innovative in its interconnection of philosophy, social sciences, literature/art and spirituality as well as in its examination of the socially and politically pressing subject of "valuations".
